SHE is selected at Nastri d’argento 2026 in nonficion cinema
SHE by Parsifal Reparato selected for the Official Selection at the 2026 Nastri d’Argento Cinema del Reale.
SHE has been selected among the Italian documentaries of the year in the Cinema del Reale section of the 2026 Nastri d’Argento.
This important recognition confirms the journey of a film born from extensive research and collective work, which continues to question the present through a story that is seemingly distant but deeply connected to our lives.
Parsifal Reparato:
“This news comes to us at the same time that Argentina has also approved the 12-hour workday.
This is not a minor detail.
It is not a neutral coincidence.
At a time when work is once again being associated with the word slavery, talking about work is not just a thematic choice: it is a political, cultural, and human necessity.
SHE is the result of years of research in one of Vietnam’s largest electronics industrial districts, but it is not just about Vietnam.
It speaks about us. It speaks about the transformation of global work, its new forms of exploitation, control, and invisibility.
Today more than ever, talking about work means trying to understand how the world is changing, how we can face this transformation, and how to resist the aggression that workers are suffering at the hands of capital.”
Being in the Official Selection at the Nastri d’Argento in the Cinema del Reale section is not just recognition for the film.
It is a sign that these stories have a place. That they must have a place
Cinema alone cannot change the world.
But it can help us see it better.
Thank you to the National Board of Italian Film Journalists for this recognition.
The journey continues.
