NapoliToday features a contribution by Antonia Florenzano dedicated to Rukeli, the animated short film directed by Alessandro Rak and presented out of competition in the Orizzonti section of the 82nd Venice International Film Festival, where it received critical acclaim.
The same warmth was felt at CasaCinema Naples, where the screening as part of Corto Che Passione drew a full audience. Among those present were teachers and, above all, the Roma youth living in Scampia and students from the Galileo Ferraris Institute, who were the true heart and driving force behind the making of the short film.
A journey that brings together cinema, memory, and collective participation, linking Venice and Naples while placing people at the center of the project.
