Le film s’impose comme une étude de cas exemplaire des violations des principes fondamentaux du travail reconnus par l’OIT, notamment en matière d’égalité salariale, de lutte contre les discriminations et de harcèlement, de droit syndical. Il montre avec force combien la défense des droits et de la dignité au travail est incompatible avec des modes de production et une organisation du travail fondés sur l’exploitation d’une main d’œuvre vulnérable et abondante.”

“The jury also wishes to award a special mention to the film She by Parsifal Reparato. The film stands out as an exemplary case study of violations of the fundamental labour principles recognized by the ILO, particularly with regard to equal pay, the fight against discrimination and harassment, and the protection of trade union rights. It powerfully shows how the defence of labour rights and dignity is incompatible with models of production and forms of work organization based on the exploitation of a vulnerable and easily replaceable workforce.”
