SHE on Jeonju Review
An interview with Parsifal Reparato dedicated to SHE has been published on Jeonju Review. The film was selected in the Frontline section of the 전주국제영화제 Jeonju International Film Festival.
In the interview, the director discusses the long research process behind the film, the relationship between cinema and anthropology, and how Vietnam becomes a lens through which to observe the transformations of global labour.
“Cinema became a way to go further”, says Parsifal Reparato. And again: “Cinema is not just a tool for representing reality, but a catalyst of events, relationships and understanding”.
Among the central points of the interview is also a reflection on labour in the electronics industry: “Vietnam becomes a lens, a way to read the condition of the working class globally”.

After the screenings, a conversation will focus on women workers in the electronics industry, workers’ rights, and the conditions of contemporary global production.
