Dire.it features an article on Rukeli, the animated short film directed by Alessandro Rak, written by Biagio Di Bennardo and Emma Ferulano and produced by AntropicA, screened out of competition in the Orizzonti section of the 82nd Venice International Film Festival.

The film tells the story of Johann Wilhelm Trollmann, a Sinti boxer who defied Nazism and became a symbol of resistance and dignity, until his death in the Wittenberge concentration camp.
